Five years after the release of "The Toxic Avenger," fans from all over the world clamored for the return of Tromaville's favorite hideously deformed creature of superhuman size and strength. Lloyd Kaufman and Michael Herz responded with "The Toxic Avenger Part II," a dynamite action comedy in the tradition of such superior sequels as "The Godfather Part II," and "The Empire Strikes Back."

Having rid Tromaville of crime, the Toxic Avenger sets his sight on a new foe - the evil multinational corporation Apocalypse, Inc., who pan to to transform Tromaville into the "Toxic Waste Capital of the World." They hatch a plan to lure Toxie to Japan in search of his father as they take over Tromaville. Can Toxie save his father (and master the ancient art of Sumo) and return from Tokyo in time to stop the evil executives... or is it already too late?

More ambitious and more spectacular than the original, "The Toxic Avenger Part II" is a blockbuster sequel as only Troma could produce!
